「This house is an older and rustic, but the vibe is fantastic! Rooms were well kept and stocked with the necessities. Very quiet and peaceful even though it is a very short walking distance from downtown Sioux Falls (5 to 8 walk depending on what you wanted to do). Shops, Food, Bars, and Entertainment was super convenient to get to. Check in and out was very simple. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely stay there again.」

「Great little cottage on the side of another property but fenced in to separate it from the other. Beautiful neighborhood environment in a beautiful town. Hot tub in the yard with rabbits running around! Awesome view of the stars from the hot tub. Very nice, would definitely stay there again.」
