He said he was not knowledgeable on the computer process to do it, so he called his wife who was gone at the moment. She said she would be back in 15 minutes. I told him that we had not eaten and that it was 3 pm. I asked if it was ok and that we would go get something to eat and come back afterwards to check in, he said yes. While eating his wife……

“At first glance, the room appeared clean, but we quickly noticed there was feces on the toilet seat and used dental floss left on the nightstand when we checked in. That immediately made us question the cleanliness of the room. The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were completely flat, and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom amenities were disappointing. They only provided Dial shampoo and Dial body wash—no conditioner……
