「Room had mould around windows and bathroom shower screen. Shower head not cleaned as very rusted. Toilet was very loose and grime around where it’s had previous silicon around it. Heavy dust on shelves as well as spider webs around windows. Hairs on bed. Not ours and got a hair in my breakfast pancakes. Again not mine as it was pulled back into a bun. Reported to staff.
