Beautiful new 4 person apartment of 75 m2 near beach and center of Katwijk by the sea.
The house has a large living room with large corner sofa and dining table with 6 chairs, the open kitchen has a fresh modern look
with all modern appliances such as dishwasher / combi microwave / 6 burner gas hob.
There are 2 bedrooms 1 bedroom with spacious boxspring of 210/180, 1 smaller room with 2 loose box springs of 80/200.
There is a large 34 m2 south-facing terrace with garden and parasol.
For the windows, electric screens are mounted so that even when it is very hot it stays nice in the house.

Logement très agréable, bien équipé et super bien situé par rapport à la plage et au centre ville (restaurants et nombreux commerces). Le parking mis à disposition est parfait. Le propriétaire est très gentil et accueillant. La literie est très bonne. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter : La Haye - Amsterdam - Rotterdam … Nous reviendrons avec plaisir
