“This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I do like it a lot, it is clean, friendly and food is great. There were a few niggles during the storm, room was cold and aircon did not work on heating settings, but they brought in an electric heater (which did not work), one day the water was not warm enough but as soon as I contacted the reception, it was addressed. Overall, I like they are proactive and apologetic, I will definitely book it again.”

“I traveled with my husband and 2 year old. I am romanian so for me it was going back home. The hotel was lovely. All staff was very polite, friendly and eager to help out with any issues. We found the pool area very nice and cozy for youngsters. There is a playground area adjacent to a shallow pool. There is a pool for adults too which we enjoyed very much. The bar prices for drinks are pretty steep. But then overall, traveling back to a childhood memory was very steep. The entire experience……

“I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be quite good, rating it 4 out of 5. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the cleaning service was good. The quietness of the hotel contributed to a peaceful experience. While the amenities were okay, there is some room for improvement. Overall, the quality of customer service made my stay enjoyable, and I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant experience.”

“This aparthotel was a very pleasant surprise. Everything is automated in terms of checkin and checkout. The room is very spacious, beautifully decorated with extremely high ceiling and a stand alone bathtub. Everything is clean, comfortable and luxurious. The location is also great, as it is in walking distance to old town and to train station. Absolute gem of a place especially for a price that is very appropriate in contrast to other places around.”
