Guests have access to entire unit as well as both terraces and private access to large beachfront wood deck.

A 5% Guest Service Fee will be applied to your stay. (Most other properties charge 10%) Included in this service fee:

- Staff meets you & assist with luggage.
- Offered a cold towel and refreshing soft drink upon arrival.
- Manager shows you around the entire unit & answers any questions you may have.
- Beach chairs & umbrellas are placed on the beach for your use daily.

There are two cameras on property. One faces the steps from the parking area and the second faces the beach gate. These cameras are not monitored yet record footage on hard drive in the event there is an issue to review. There are no cameras recording any private space used by guests.
