「One of the staff wasn’t helpful at the time I needed when my granddaughter needed help」

「Gutes Adult only Hotel! Andere Hotels in der Gegend haben nicht die Bandbreite wie der Cooks Club. Alles sauber, viel Abwechslung.」

「Breakfast was delicious, every piece of food was full of flavour and attention. Equally staff were always helpful and happy to help. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and dinner was tasty as well. Highly recommend private pool rooms, they were relaxing and quiet rooms.」

「Very grand hotel, it is picturesque. What we enjoyed about the hotel is the location. On the beach and very lovely weather to enjoy by the pool. The evening bar had a really nice touch with tasty drinks and great outdoor area. There was quite a few dislikes. Even though the hotel felt modern the rooms didn’t. It was quite outdated. We stayed at the Mountain view room. The huge downside is at 7am you will hear the staff with their trolleys walking past the rooms which is incredibly loud and...

「the hotel is located at a quiet location. breakfast can be purchased for a reasonable price. it has great choice of yoghurts, eggs, bread, fruit. The hotel is walking distance to the beach, town and bus stops. There is a large supermarket closeby and more shops and restaurants just minutes walk away. there is parking spaces in the streets around the hotel.」

「Sadly, I can’t give this hotel 5 stars. It has the potential to be a 5 star property, but in our experience, it simply isn’t there yet. For a 5 star hotel, I found the use of paper cups for coffee at lunch and dinner very disappointing. We were even offered paper cups for drinks at the beach bar, which I certainly wouldn’t expect at a 5 star resort. There was also no coffee in the room only a kettle, although surprisingly, there were proper mugs. At this level of hotel, I would expect at least...

「My boyfriend and I enjoyed a week stay here. The breakfast options were great, and the day menu was good. The staff were attentive, however I feel they weren’t overly so at breakfast, as sometimes we weren’t approached about any hot drinks or juice. The pool was a relaxed setting with sun loungers available all day. The gym was decent with a good array of machines. The spa was lovely and the spa staff were particularly friendly. Reception was always helpful, giving us a sheet of restaurants they...

「From arrival to departure the reception staff were very helpful and on hand to answer any questions. The housekeeping staff cleaned every day and changed the towels, the room was always spotless on return. A fresh bottle of water was left for us every day and having a fridge in the room was an added bonus. Breakfast felt very relaxed, with stunning views out to sea in the restaurant and the choices on offer were all delicious (this is not a self service buffet, you sit down where you like...

「Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Überall sauber. Im Poolbereich genug Liegen. Jeden Abend Veranstaltungen auf der Bühne beim Pool. Empfehlenswert. Schon zweites Mal in dem Hotel gewesen.」
