Repeat stays

We enjoy the Belvedere area of the Villages. Many golf courses, recreation centers, shopping, eateries, grocery store & anything you would need within a golf cart ride. This is the 4th year we stayed at this house. Very well kept and fully equipped to meet all your needs.

House needed a refresh. Coffee pot was filthy. Ants every night in sink. Owners did did not provide guest passes for activities at the villages after several txts and tries. Had to aquire them from a friend. Some light fixtues did not work. Towel rack hanging off wall. Garage remote did not always work. Etc etc

Great Location and Neighborhood

Location and neighborhood is the key here!! Close to squares and shopping. Easy to get around with gulf cart. Home is very well equipped with everything you need!! Neighbors were very welcoming! We would definitely stay here again!!

Great place to Stay.

My husband & I enjoy this house, amenities, & it is super well supplied with everything you would want. Owner is very friendly & wants you to feel comfortable. Location is great with three golf courses & a recreation center less than 10 minutes away on a golf cart. Lake Sumter Square is also close enough to go to by golf cart for dinner, shopping, or nightly entertainment. This was our 2nd year staying here & we will be back next year. It’s a Gem.

Great stay in a great location!

This house was great! The location is awesome. We had plenty of space to host family and had a great time sitting on the driveway and meeting the neighborhood.

Initially, we had concerns. I think this owner wants to provide a good experience & she addressed our issues quickly. Although it says so in the descriptive language, this house does have two beds, plus a blow-up for the third bedroom. I would not want to share a queen blow-up bed for two weeks (the length of our stay). We loved the amenities that come with staying as a resident in the Villages!

Great stay with great amenities

Everything was great from booking process to accessing the property to enjoying the property. The owner/manager was very accessible to our communications and always responded quickly. The property is very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. I loved the packet of towels and washcloths that were put on each bed. We loved the neighborhood where we enjoyed walking each day. We also loved the community pool and restaurant area which we visited often. Thanks for a great stay.

Location good! Non-working dishwasher for duration. Listed as 3-bdrm and 3rd bedroom only had single foldout futon and air mattress! Appliances and cabinets could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival.

Getaway Location.

Very quite pleasant neighborhood. Owners very friendly & easy to communicate with. The house was great & well stocked. Perfect place to stay in The Villages, for us.
