Comfortable and clean courtyard villa!!

The Villa was very clean with lots of great decor. The location was excellent. We had zero problems with this stay. I highly recommend this Villa. I would stay there again.

Perfect location

I stayed for 2 months while i was buying and closing on a house in The Villages. The space was perfect for my needs and my dog loved the fenced in backyard. The location is ideal, close to everything. Walking distance to Canal Rec center and pool. Two minute drive to Sumter Landing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The courtyard village is gorgeous from the moment you walk in. Well appointed and beautifully decorated. I loved the heated/air conditioned sun room with the tv. The courtyard is fully fenced for my dogs. The location is perfect...within walking distance to Sumter landing. The only negative is the noise of emergency vehicles on Buena Vista...but not within the control of the owner.

Perfect for our needs

We stayed for 2 weeks. 2 adults and 2 dogs. The house was clean and nicely decorated. House had all amenities listed. Location is great with quick access to Lake Sumter Square. Yard completely fenced in so dogs were safe on there own outside.

The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars from us was the outside furniture was not the most comfortable. Bats were living inside the closed umbrella which DownHome took care of immediately. We cleaned the patio after, which I’m sure DownHome would have if we asked. It would be nice to have a golf cart included.

What a beautiful place. I stayed for a month while relocating to The Villages and what a pleasure it was. The villa is beautifully decorated — the pictures do not lie and the owners thought of everything to make my stay comfortable. I highly recommend this home. Five stars!
