「It felt very homey 」

「Very clean. Beautiful view. However, we were on the 3rd floor and the people above us sounded like a heard of elephants, so had a hard time getting to sleep and were awakened early by the stomping. Will ask for 4th floor next time.」

「The room is very nice and clean. Great view of the Lake. Parking was perfect. The cookies in the evening were a great perk. The only complaint we had was the spiders outside on the deck. There are so many spiders that we couldn’t enjoy the balcony. We even went to store and purchased bug killer. It helped for a day but the spiders came back. They need to hire an exterminator. Hotel is great though. Perfect location. 」

「We stayed in the condos, and our view was blocked by trees. Very small pillows for the bed which gave me a neck issue so that was disappointing」

「When I arrived, our bed wasn’t prepared at all. But they fixed it right away.」

「This property is pure luxury, we were greeted with a glass of complimentary champagne and walked into a lobby with cozy lounge features, a fair place and pool area and restaurant and outdoor bar right off the bay. Our room had a snack bar and drinks in the fridge conveniently for purchase, even the shampoo and soaps were brand name blvgari and the spare toilet tissue was wrapped in a ribbon - elegance 」
