“The Graduate was just right. Great location. Quick and friendly check in. Got free parking for signing up for Hilton Honors. Quiet room, comfortable bed. Fun bar. Good breakfast and really good coffee. Who could ask for anything more?”

“Basement room is no go. I could hear footsteps upstairs. Wedding reception guests were loud, disrespectful of hotel guests, slamming the doors. Barely slept all 3 nights I stayed. Great location, but if you are a light sleeper and you are trying to relax in your room this place is not for you.”

“Mount Sequoyah is a beautiful place to stay. My partner and I were in town for a wedding weekend and wanted something a bit more interesting than your average hotel. Mount Sequoyah gave us the opportunity to unwind and watch the sunset from their lookout spot, walk peacefully and enjoy the grounds and the art, and sit on our porch and experience the wildlife. A mama doe and two spotted babies walked very close to our cabin. Our first night, we did not have warm water for showers, I am unsure……

“This property did not disappoint. My only wish is to have had more time to enjoy the accommodations. I booked a two bedroom suite with 4 beds so my daughters and I could all sleep in our own bed and we all slept very well. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and tasty.”

“The staff went above and beyond to assist me. It was pouring rain and I had an important appointment. They found me an umbrella and gave it to me! So lines!”

“Property was dirty and the rooms were not ready for check-in. Myself along with at least 4 other reservations had to wait for at least an hour for our rooms to be cleaned. Then they smelt so Stong with cleaners that we got headaches.”

“First off there was blood spatter on the wall and ceiling. Floors were covered in dirt and dead bugs. The kitchen area had grease all over the wall. The microwave was disgusting. It was a smoking room with no ash trays, and there was ash all over the bed sheets. Need i say more?”

“I’ve stayed in rundown motels and I know what to expect and what I’m getting for my money. But this place was unacceptable and for around $90 a night it’s upsetting. There were so many bugs in my room. And everything was extremely dirty. When I first got to my room I killed around 20 bugs crawling on the floor, walls, countertop, and fridge door. I was grossed out but gave the place a chance. When I got back to my room later in the evening and turned the lights on to discover tons of bugs……

“I did like the property and the design of the room was nice. The hotel is convenient to Walmart, food places and the University. My only issue were one of the two rooms I rented the sheets and pillows weren’t clean. There was makeup all over the pillow case when pulled back and on the sheet. Which was surprising because the bed was neatly made. We did notify the front desk to have someone come and change the bedding. I will say there is room for improvement on being my mindful when cleaning the……

“This place was perfect. We had the 2 king size bed room. We needed up having the room for handicap. So it was extra wide and very comfortable/ nice. Floors were very clean. Shower was amazing! Loved the 2 king size bed option, we have 2 teen girls that we travel with for softball and it was EXTREMELY comfortable for them! Sheets/ blankets/ pillows were wonderful. They did have a sign on the door that said they were under construction. But we didn’t hear anything. Breakfast was good- standard……
