「The villa was amazing - awesome views from the patio. It had everything you needed for that stay away from home. It's about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Franshhoek town centre along a well marked path but Ubers were also plentiful. Esme and the Team really make you feel welcome - I'd definitely stay again.」

「Had a Marvellous time - The staff make you so welcome and everything is catered for excellently- from breakfast to assisting with dinner reservations, places to see, the owner even went to get a razor and shaving cream from the local shop as I had forgotten mine, Champagne for our anniversary - I can not recommend this place enough it’s a place of tranquility and splendour.」

「Beautiful House in a stunningly beautiful location! I loved the warm welcome, the attention to detail & the fabulous interior design. The views of the vineyard are incomparable and breathtakingly picturesque. The pears growing on the walls of the house are unbelievable! I didn’t want to leave! 」

「Une superbe maison , parfaitement entretenue et très confortable Il ne manque rien pour réussir un séjour. En bordure de falaise, sur un site remarquable, un séjour de rêve. Tout est fait pour satisfaire les vacanciers. Un souhait? Y retourner. Intérieurement cette maison possède un cachet somptueux Encore merci aux propriétaires pour cette gentillesse et cette prévenance dans un si beau cadre de vie !」

「We stayed at SandMartins from the 26th December 2024 to 4 January 2025. The first impressions of this immaculate property and estate is just wonderful and sets the atmosphere for a wonderful vacation. Very spacious, sunny and fully equipped. The entertainment and pool areas are the delight of the stay and make for wonderful sundowners. Best wishes to Sandie and Martin who are fabulous hosts and very responsive. See you soon again! 」

「From booking the property till leave Martijn was extremely helpful. The property has everything you could want, lovely kitchen family area, pool with patio and a wood burning hot tub ( you will need to start the wood burning 2 hours prior). The property was secure with power gates and the adjoining property was the hosts point of contact to answer any query you may have. A welcome pack, on how to use things would be beneficial going forward. The location for us was great, 10 minute walk down...

「Overall check in was hassle free, only thing was that WiFi did not work for us. I would also suggest that the property have some basic toiletries available, like shampoo, soap and maybe solar when power drop. This is standard in most higher price rentals. Other than that, the stay was great, the house is very big and clean, and beautiful views」

「Die Wohnung mit grossem Sitzplatz und Garten liegt im sicheren Greenway Golf Estate und hat freie Sicht auf das Meer. Sie ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat bequeme Betten. Die Gegend ist ruhig und sicher. Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge (Weingüter usw.). Die Gastgeberin, Caecia, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten sie jederzeit um Rat fragen. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.」
