“All good ”

“Ce n'est peut-être pas le TAJ auquel on s'attendait mais c'est le plus bel hôtel de Kovalam. La situation est exceptionnelle, le cadre est magnifique. Des chambres cosy dans un jardin luxuriant. Un repas dans le restaurant qui borde la mer d'Arabie, un moment inoubliable. A ne pas rater.”

“Initial disappointment quickly corrected and huge effort made to make our visit special, great Ayurveda spa and yoga. ”

“A lovely backwater stay. Beautiful grounds. We really enjoyed the boat ride. The restaurant was the only disappointment. Despite repeated communication that one person did not want hot food and assurances that they would alter the food, it was still too spicy hot to eat.”

“The hotel is built on a hill, space is not wide but well designed. Room is nice, but sometimes the smell from the bath room spread into the bed room. Hotel location is good, only 4 minutes can reach the beach. The worst drawback is the breakfast, selection is very poor .”

“Property was really beautiful,.light house and sea was clearly visible from the balcony, two downsides were that there was crack in the bathrooms door and the telephone for the room service, restaurant eas not working properly”

“Bokningsbeskrivning motsvarades inte av vad vi möttes av på hotellet.. Det var vissa klagomål av mindre kaliber men de dök upp hela tiden. Svårt att få gehör hos chefen på stället. Personalen på stället verkade rädda för vad chefen sa. Köket var av varierande kvalitet. Det tog tex. 45 minuter att få kokta/ steka ägg med te och bröd vissa gånger. Visst, vi var lediga men så ska det inte vara.. Vid ankomsten möttes vi av andra personer som bott där och de avrådde oss att ta in på stället. ”

“Average stay, though resort is good, maintenance needs improvement. Restaurant is managed by average, uninterested uncaring BOYS, who are not oriented towards customer care. Food too rich, though decently priced. Menu is limited. Buffet spread ordinary. Cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. Room maintenance average, water in bathroom was not clean enough, blankets old, needs replacement. Pool is good, children enjoy. Ambience is good, Spa is good, offered good discounts..Travel to and fro is……

“I had booked the urban cove and honestly, I was skeptical about it. However, when i reached, I had to admit, the apartment and the environment around the apartment building was splendid. My family had a wonderful time resting and enjoying the homely time.The customer service were fast and efficient especially when I had so many enquiries.So thank you for the wonderful stay @ Jasmine, Alice Aunty,Raju Uncle,&Joy brother you guys are amazing & great help. I’m just disappointed I could stay longer……
