「Brilliant room -“ D’or “ full of golden antiques and quirky items, felt very luxurious. Spent some time in the hot tub, then on lounger in sun playing peek a boo with tiny geckos! Swimming pool. Lovely rural setting right near the River Loire. Great welcome from host Miriam who produced a cold beer, a glass of cremant ( in the tub!) and a delicious amuse bouche. She made a recommendation for a dinner in a beautiful riverside location. Breakfast was good. What a lovely place to stay. 」

「Markus, formerly known as 21 Foch, just opened. It is a lovely 14-bedroom, boutique hotel. A coffee shop and beautiful outdoor space is slated for completion by September 2025, but guests may partake of breakfast onsite before then. The hotel is close to the train station, and centrally located to attractions, shops, and restaurants. Despite proximity to the city landscape, the facility is quiet and peaceful.
