“This was our sixth stay in this house and is our favorite place to stay. We go on a family vacation every year and have stayed in different houses but once we found this one we felt like we were home. The house is spacious and everyone can have both their personally space and space to gather together. The lake is at a perfect angle to walk in or jump off the dock and there is plenty of room for the boat. The property manager Amy is wonderful anytime we needed to talk with her she was available.”

“This house was everything we could have wanted and more! Exactly as described. Fully stocked with everything you could imagine. The golf cart was a huge help for taking stuff ( and people) to the lake. We used the paddle board and kayak everyday and loved the huge floating mat and the lounge chairs and umbrella on the upper dock. We used the great fire pit area every night! We loved how quiet the cove was yet a short boat ride away were two great marinas to eat at! Our grown children loved the……

“Our stay was very fun and the location was simple to find and easy to access. Every instruction given to us was straightforward and we ran into no complications during our stay as well as no complaints!”

“We, family of 6 w 4 adult children and our small dogs spent a week here while at a family reunion. Nice at the house it had everything you’d need in the kitchen n baths including float to relax in the lake. And what a view. The challenge is getting here. The last 5 miles or so takes about 20 mins of hairpin turns up and down the tn hills. Use your gps overall we had a blast”

“Our stay was wonderful. Nature all around us. The cabin was very well equipped. Nothing we can thing of was missing. Shower room has everything short of a toothbrush. :) Kitchen has a bar area that seats 4. Coffee/Kuerig combination that also dispenses hot and cold water. Big smart TV in living area. Check in was super easy. An access code is sent and it works well. For nature lovers - we were very amused by all the hummingbirds chasing each other around. ”

“Lakefront Getaway at Swan Seymour was exactly as advertised and the perfect place for a get away with friends and family. The house was beautiful and perfectly set up for multiple families with kids. The boys loved the bunk beds, the girls loved having their own space and the adults enjoyed the quiet and privacy of their own wing of the house. The basement was absolutely amazing and a great place to wind down after a day at the lake. The deck with hot tub had an amazing view and the adults……

“We had a good time. Loved house. Out of 3 coffee makers we got one to work. Thank goodness. Loved having a W/d to use. Grill outside was dirty so we used tin foil and cooked on it. Shutdown instructions were kinda off. There is no downstairs thermostat so cut off upstairs as instructions said. Didn’t get to fish due to an accident on waters before tournament began and investigation had to be done. But overall we loved the stay. The Hearns ”

“Cutest little house right on the Main Street in Cumberland Gap. Excellent place to stay if you are in town visiting LMU or your student at LMU. We enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive and check in was a breeze!”

“The house itself was just beautiful and spacious, with the coolest living room couch ever! The view from the enormous deck were beautiful. Narrow and hilly road leading to the property, but after the first time it was no problem. As noted, the walk to the lake was steep and the path was gravel, so that was challenging. But once you got there the two-story dock was wonderful, the views great and the water for swimming was perfect. ”

“We loved our long weekend away at the lakehouse. Very clean, nicely decorated, beautiful views, and the large back porch was gorgeous. Hot tub was great, too! When we had a question for Anthony, he answered right away and was very friendly. Would stay again and highly recommend this lakehouse!”
