The first issue was receiving the door code 45 minutes late. Once we checked in there were three of us, all guys, and there were only towels for two people. The listing states that the room sleeps 5, that is why I booked this. a room for each person and the listed futon for the 3rd person. I am not going to sleep with another guy! The futon was broken, you could not even sit on it. I had to put the cushion on the floor and sleep. There were no extra linens for the futon either! The water was not even luke warm, had to get cold showers. There was no thermostat and the room was very cold. We had to turn the kitchen stove top on and run all night to heat the facility. After messaging the host with issues, he ghosted me and then would not comment until after we checked out. After we left he sends me a message and denies all of my complaints. I will never again book a room like this with Expedia or VRBO, I will strictly stay with Hampton Inns.
