This home is newly built in a developing subdivision. Our street and the ones next to it are all finished with some construction going on further away.



Deposit:

A $500 pre-authorized hold will be placed on your credit card a few days before check-out for incidentals. This is not a charge—just a temporary hold—and it will be automatically released within a few days after your stay, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
