「Quiet」

「High frequency of noise in room, not very good sleep」

「I would like to recommend this hotel. Airport transfer is super, they guided me in the 3 Terminal Exit. Breakfast is fine. There’s a lot of choice. My only complaint is :The hot water pool and the cold water pool not very clean.」

「The room was extremely clean and spacious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I opted for lounge access and had an extensive range of choices for breakfast. The evening light food was also great! Very happy and it was one of the most well maintained 5-star hotels in Jakarta and Tangerang. I also highly recommend their spa and body treatment. It was so relaxing. I would definitely stay at Tentrem for my next visit to Jakarta!」

「Very convenient location and only a short walk from Terminal 3. There is a 24 hours A&W at the entrance to the hotelm」

「房間乾淨、機場裡吃的選擇選滿多的，也有提供客戶按摩。 」

「Wifi差，其他還好，跟以前差不多………………….」

「Super good - environment, convenience and staff」

「5 stars 」

「Conveniently located in a semi commercial area, with good restaurants.」

「Very convenient place. Good for business trip」

「服務熱情,早餐多選,客房乾淨 , 注意房間選擇不要靠清真寺 禱告音樂聲很大 .」

「Nice hotel with best service.」

「房間乾淨，但是空調的溫度較難掌握，洗澡水的不夠大，馬桶坐墊變得很粗糙」

「⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The staff was really professional and helpful! 👏 👏」

「The hotel is a bit old, but still well maintained. It is great for commuting to Central and South Jakarta. The room was large and very comfortable. The best part of my stay was the staff - both Vincen and Putu at the reception were extremely helpful and professional. Catering was also great - the food options for breakfast were diverse, and I also enjoyed the dinner buffet a lot! Very happy with my stay and I would recommend it to friends and family. 」
