Nice, but pricey for room

We paid $153 for one night. We had one TV, the telephone didn't work, no bed sheets for the couch bed, and 3 sets of towels for 5 people. I contacted Hotels.com for a discounted rate because I would expect at least 2 TVs, one in the bedroom and one for the couch bed. But I'm still waiting for a decision from the hotel manager. The amenities looked nice, the beds were comfy, and the staff was pleasant. However, i don't think I'll stay there again for more than $80.

It’s an older property The first room the tv didn’t work, they moved us and the toilet leaked in the second room. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and the service was great.

Be Courteous

Nice, clean, & comfortable. Just didnt appreciate housekeeper opening door, withput knocking, an hour before check out while i was still in bed & undressed. I was told that they were having over 50 checkouts that day. That is not my problem or concern or a reason to invade privacy.

Checked in and room we reserved was not available and was upgraded to suite. But then got in suite and bathroom was not clean as floor was very dirty and sticky, counter was dirty and toilet seat was not stable . Moved and looked to be missing a screw to hold in place. Then in refrigerator was not cleaned and had a very bad smell coming from . Opened a realized something has spilled and had not been cleaned. Staff was nice and helpful but needs a little help with other conditions . Has pool but when we checked out could not see through water so cloudy . Was a definite no go for us.

Hotel Nightmare!

Before arrival, tried to contact the hotel directly, but the phones were not working. Upon arrival I was told they had been out two weeks. Very slow service, and understaffed. When we returned to our hotel after the rehearsal dinner party our keys did not work so we had to go back down stairs and reactivate them. There was not 24 7 Coffee bar, so no late coffee. Our sheets were full of human and pet hair. We had to go back down stairs and ask for new sheets. The water pressure in the lavatory was very low. The Tub Shower had rust around the drain and faucets. Several of our family members had not AC working in their rooms for both nigh stays. Others in our Wedding group arrived and were told they did not have a reservation even though they booked it 2 months ago. This is by far the worst Hotel we have ever stayed in. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy!

Great Breakfast! The Suites are really nice it's the nicest way to relax when u have a bdrm ,living area,and bar in between especially when u have 2 or more. Relaxing.!!!

There for a wedding.

The toilet was loose from the floor and rocked. The chair in the room would not stay at the adjusted height. Tile in the bathroom was coming off the wall. The bath tub shower floor was slippery and needs a nonslip surface. The breakfast and the hotel staff were excellent.

Staffing struggled. One amazing woman, Mariah was all by herself that morning getting breakfast served and running the desk. She was friendly, kind and helpful. The water dispenser was broken but she found bottled water for our breakfast. She is the reason for my good rating.
