「Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Herbsturlaub bei traumhaftem Wetter und in einer perfekten Unterkunft. Schon für die Anreise hatte Sabine alles detailliert erklärt und mit liebevoll genauer Wegbeschreibung versehen. Wir wurden mit unseren Hunden herzlich im Chalet empfangen. Ein so gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, alles tiptop sauber, wunderbar gemütlich und auch sehr sehr hundefreundlich ausgestattet, gibt es sicher selten. 「Chalet was easy to access from the train station and had the best view in town looking up the valley. Was warm and comfortable after days travelling around the mountains. Sara was great checking in that we were ok with accessing the apartment. We had a wonderful stay. 」

「Beautiful location. Very quiet and excellent views. We were not allowed to open windows (no screens to keep mosquitos and insects out) so it would get warm in side. Bathroom shower sprayed all over the wall. However, hand shower worked. But then the water flooded the bathroom floor requiring constant wiping and mopping probably due to a slow drain. 「We left this stay very disappointed, with serious safety concerns as a family with children. During our stay, a low window pane at child height broke when accidentally knocked and shattered into large, sharp, jagged pieces. It did not appear to be safety glass and, in my view, posed a real risk of serious injury to a child. This was especially concerning in a family holiday property, which also appeared to lack basic visible safety features despite having a wood burner, including no smoke alarms...

"The room was tidy and clean. Their reception and breaksfast restaurant you may go to its sister Hotel "The Hey Hotel" just next to the Guesthouse. The breaksfast environment and quality was impressive. The location was excellent near the famous main street / Interlaken West station. To Interlaken Ost station, better by bus but never wait a long time or if don't mind to walk on main street for shopping or restaurants."
