The hotel was great. Our room was good. A bit hot due to the heat wave, but 3 good twin beds. It was up on the third floor which meant we had to go up a few flights of stairs with our baggage, not really a big deal. Ceiling was really low in the bathroom for tall people, my son couldn’t stand up. The staff that helped us check in were really nice and helpful. Good location with parking right across the road.

The room was very comfortable. Location was right across the street from express bus that took you to train station in 5 minutes. Hotel is a short walk from a lovely wooded park and Lake Thun. Hotel is about a half hour walk from the city center if you walk thru the park and along the lake.

Good hotel if you're just looking for a place to sleep, since you’ll probably be out exploring most of the time. It’s not a 5-star property, but it does the job for a night or two. Staff were friendly and the location is spot on — about a 10–15 minute walk to the lake and the center of Thun. Parking is available right next to the hotel and it’s affordable, but make sure to have some Swiss Franc coins on you.
