Except the sheets on the bed, nothing about the room made me feel as though it had been cleaned any time recently. Bathroom had mold in shower and vent in bathroom looked like the lint from the dryer’s filter

We had a good stay at Pan Nam Resort. Staff were wonderful and worked hard on the English. (I had to use a translator app). We had no hand towels nor hand soap in the bathroom. The bath fixtures are very dated and in need of repair. The shower dripped day and night so we had to keep the door closed ...
