「The rooms were a good size with living and kitchen room separate bedroom. The rooms could be very nice but was lacking on the clean side with dust and some maintenance needed. Wanted to make an hot drink on arrival but only one cup so had to go and buy some, there was no cloth to dry cups up after washing. Didn't use the dishes as they were dusty. There was a lack of shelving in the bathroom to put toiletries away. Contact with the owners was excellent.」

「Rooms clean and a good size. Bathrooms have walk in showers and were very user friendly. Pub 200m down the road if you don't want to cook. Such a nice surprise to have milk in the fridge and tea and coffee supplied. Spacious lounge and dedicated dining room were appreciated. Would stay again for longer to explore the area.」

「Beautifully equipped Annex. The host Andy was fantastic, he even sorted out a chair for my dad who is disabled and needs to sit to shower. The accommodation was lovely, couldn’t have asked for more. Little touches like cake, wine and essentials supplied and bottles of water in your room. Will definitely 100% stay there myself again. Thank you Andy for a lovely stay.」

「The cottage has real character, being over 200 years old. It has lovely countryside views from the lounge and bedrooms and is spacious. The cooking equipment was good and the dining room was lovely and cosy. We were quite near to Lincoln City and was an hours drive from the seaside town of Skegness, where we spent an enjoyable afternoon. The host was very helpful. Would stay here again.」
