The hotel is in an ideal location, so much to do and everything is so walkable! The hotel room was beautiful and clean. The bed was comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay! I would definitely stay again.

Some of the front desk girls are incredibly rude. I’m not sure why, but they could improve their customer service skills. Additionally, the communication between the hotel and the valet is terrible.

The location was convenient for Little Italy, shops (upscale and tourist) and plenty of restaurants. There is no view, but that was not expected. Amenities were my only issue-2 towels, 2 hand towels. No wash cloths. If streaming services were available, we couldn’t find them. There was coffee, tea and water in the lobby, a Keurig would have been nice.
