We book hotel with breakfast. Staff wondered at hotel why hotels.com promise breakfast through not included. So we didn't get that, even through we paid for it. Stuff did not speak nearly any english. Room was nice and Dinner was good.

It was dirty, staff unhelpful, pictures misleading
I'm not going to make this long because I don't want to waste anymore time with them. It was a bad hotel. dirty, AC was broken, staff were useless. I could have stayed in the Ritz-Carlton for almost the same price.
