We had a room with a beautiful view. The air conditioner worked very well. Breakfast was served with a large variety and staff were very accommodating.

The hotel is very old and hasn’t been touched in decades. Simple things like replacing the carpet should be done - it was worn down. The location was okay and not too far from the promenade. Pool is a bit small for the guests and they close it earlier than the advertised time. But was overall clean. Breakfast was basis but fine. They should ideally ensure the food put out is warm. We went towards the end of the breakfast slot so got cold food.

The communal areas were great, and the food was AMAZING. The rooms were clean, but could do with a lick of paint or some DIY. The pool area was nice, but above the busy road into Tiberias.

Beautiful view with pool. Very nice common areas and staff. The rooms themselves were mediocre. The carpet in hallways needs replacing and our smoke free room sometimes didn't seem like it because of the vent. Overall I liked this hotel though. The meal was also great despite a bit pricey.

The hallway carpets require better upkeep. There are no courtesy services to assist visitors with city navigation. Additionally, some reception desk staff do not speak English.

As a whole the hotel is a very nice facility. Great views, pool and lobby areas. Great staff. The only negative is that the room areas don't feel as clean as they could be (carpeted floors) but overall I recommend this hotel is you don't mind walking a bit to the waterfront.

The room was nice. The meals were expensive. We asked for a do not sign and got it when we were leaving, too laye. We Sked for water and the giy in di,ing room did not want to give it. He finally did but asked us for 20 sheckels.

The hotel did not pick up the phone after booking when I had questions. The beds and the room itself were really small. And the hotel has a set temperature for all rooms you can’t change it for your comfortable temperature, I had to sleep with an open window and hear street noise all night.

Clean the mould in the showers

If the air conditioning had gotten the room cooler than 26C on our first night, I’d have been happier. The other problem - was the mould and unclean appearance of the shower and the fact that all 3 shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty. I liked the hotel staff and appreciated the room was quiet and comfortable but AAAAGH how do they accept such low levels of deep cleaning?

We arrived on Friday (shabat) all of the hotel facilities were closed inclusive elevator working on auto mode which is frustrating. I believe you should know this. Even television was out of service. There was a lot of dust on shelves and the overall feeling that it was more like a hostel than a hotel, a also the price wasn't proportional to the quality. Not satisfied.

I didn't like that the elevators were 100 years old, the carpets in the hallways were sticky, the room door was open when i arrived, the room smelled like bug spray, the floor was sticky, the glasses were dirty, there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and on the bedsheets. The breakfast was bad. There were probably more things but I can't remember now. Not a good experience at all.

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Swimmingpool mit Blick auf den See Genezareth. Die Fenster waren allerdings nicht schalldicht und dies bei sehr großen Durchgangsstraßen, an denen das Hotel liegt.

Me gusto la facilidad de chequeo y el horario de desayuno.. no me gusto el aseo. El baño estaba muy sucio, con costra vieja en la ceramica de la pared de la ducha mate una cucaracha en el baño. Ofrecen parqueo pero no es propio si no en la calle.
