「Tangipahoa Parish had everything my family needed while we were visiting the area. The property was clean and had all the space my family needed for a comfortable stay. We were visiting family in the area and being able to come back to our own space with small children made the trip even better. The property owner, David, was great in making sure that we had everything we needed during our stay and communicating with us before, during, and after ou visit.」

「The host was great and responsive, however the units just need some TLC. One unit had not been cleaned. It smelled of cigarette smoke and one of the bed’s linens had not been washed. Cleaning services came out to replace the sheets within 30 minutes, so that was good. But the smoke smell was bad enough that I went to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies and fabric febreeze to make it through the night. The other unit we stayed in did not have any odors but could have used a cleaning as well. 」

「The Villa was not clean long black hairs and dust everywhere dead bugs around baseboards. Stove top has a film of grease and dust. We never use it. Both bathrooms only had 1 1/2 rolls of tissue for 5 days for three adults. We had to buy some. Dryer was dirty We did not feel comfortable in the place. 」

「Rhis was a last minute booking due to not being able to stay at the one i had already booked. It was very clean, great neighborhood. Felt very comfortable staying there by myself. Host was easy to reach out to and fast communication. Will be staying there again.」

「Queen beds and twin beds were lumpy, cheap mattresses. Only one bed side table in bedroom with no lamp, had to move a no switch half broke lamp with no way to turn off except unscrewing the bulb to the bedroom. There was another no switch non working lamp occupying space in the living area too. The toilet flange sat up above the flooring, so had to put a piece of cardboard under front lip to keep it from rocking. 2 of the three smoke detectors were awol. 「We are always returning customers to these little chateaus and have never had trouble. This time, the bedding hadn’t been washed and had pet hair all over both couches. The cups on the counter had spider webs on them and the floors hadn’t been swept or mopped. The power went out at 10:30am and didn’t come back on until 8:30pm.
