「Very clean property. It was pretty hot during our stay and the A/C worked well. All linens were provided. Very comfy for the two of us and our small dog. We made breakfast each morning with provided farm fresh eggs! Thank you. There was also water in fridge to get us started. The yard was well kept and had a nice view. Great place to star gaze by the fire and close to Kinzua and Chapman State Park for kayaking. 」

「Incredible! The pics don’t do it justice. I spent so much time on the back porch listening to the water and watching the deer. The other cabin is not visible at all so you feel completely secluded. The house was spotlessly clean. It’s laid out perfectly and has everything you need. The steps to get to the loft (bedroom) are essentially a ladder so be warned if you have mobility issues. It was perfect for 2 people. Would probably be cramped with more than that. The local wine was a nice touch....
