「You come to Anna Maria to get close to the water, but every evening you head back to your hotel and miss out. Why not stay on a boat? When we saw this unique listing we decided to surprise the family and try it out. The boat and the location did not disappoint. The marina is private with security and very quiet. There is a food truck for breakfast every morning. The boat itself is clean, comfortable and well appointed. Check in was super easy and the host maintained constant contact. Recommend !」

「A great adventure for a couple. Centrally located to all major attractions in Sarasota and just minutes from SRQ airport. Home is practically brand new and reminds us of our boating adventures. Make sure to kayak the canals and walk to the sunset beach in the little neighborhood to the west. Tom, the host was super helpful and did a great job in building the water home. 「This place phenomenal you must stay more than 2 days! Didn’t get to try the pool area. Keep in mind you can also rent a bike from here! How cool is that. This place is peaceful, clean and crisp! The whole building inside Smells Amazing! They also welcome you in your room with waters and Florida popcorn! I recommend this place! 」

「The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago.
