“First of all the property was beautiful! It was very clean and spotless. Property manager Gave us complementary snacks and drinks. Balcony was very spacious and gives you a great view of the beach. “We went to Las Gaviotas for a 60 th birthday celebration and Scott’s house was perfect for 3 couples. The beds were comfortable, nice tiled bathrooms, big couch for everyone to stretch out, and comfortable outside lounge chairs and patio set. The owner is very communicative and always responded quickly to inquires. This is a beachfront property and it is by far the best house we have stayed in at Las Gaviotas . “Nice place and amazing location. Close to everything and within walking distance. My only complaint with the place was, we brought out little 11 month old which will touch everything and will find everything, so it seemed he was able to find every dusty area of the house 😅 so besides that everything else was amazing for this place.”

“Don't normally stay at vacation rentals type accomodations but really liked the space and the accommodations. Check in was smooth, the building is secured, and it was clean.
