If you are looking to stay a night to catch an early flight, this place is close to the airport and perfect for the purpose. That's the only reason most people would stay at this hotel anyway.

Nous avions réservé une chambre triple, pour une nuit. 2 adultes, un enfant de 5ans, un bébé de 1 ans, qui pour ce genre d'étape très courte dort entre nous 2 sans problème. Arrivé sur place, après 5h de route, nous tombons sur une hôtesse plus que zélée, qui ne veut pas nous donner les clés, parce que nous sommes 4 ! Depuis quand un bébé compte pour un adulte ? Même dans un avion, un bébé de moins de 2 ans ne paie pas de siège ! Cette même hôtesse, sans aucune humanité, nous montre une affiche, scotchée sur son comptoir, en anglais, disant que les chambres triples, c'est pour 3 personnes, pas une de plus, même un bébé !! A minima, si c'est tellement rédhibitoire pour ce genre d'établissement d'accepter un bébé en plus dans une chambre triple, IL SERAIT BIEN QUE CE SOIT STIPULE A LA RESERVATION, plutôt que d'être devant le fait accompli en arrivant à l'hôtel ! Non contente d'elle, elle nous propose une 2ième chambre... forcément, si on paie tout s'arrange !! Comme si ce genre d'établissement de qualité plus que médiocre avait besoin de surfacturer pour s'en sortir ! Nous refusons. L'hôtesse nous tient alors un discours que nous allons pas respecter "la règle", et ne veut pas nous donner la clé de la chambre triple !! Nous insistons, et je me relaye avec ma femme toute la nuit pour dormir dans la voiture !!! C'est simplement SCANDALEUX !! Et pour ce qui est de la chambre triple, c'est juste une chambre double, avec un lit d'appoint. HONTEUX !!!

Cher Mr Guth , nous attendions votre retour avec impatience puisque vous vous êtes permis de hurler sur notre personnel et de l'agresser verbalement ;non content de faire une réservation en omettant de déclarer un enfant . Nous vous avons proposez une solution que vous avez refuser. Nos chambres triple sont comme leurs noms l'indiquent pour 3 et non 4 personnes ainsi sont faites les consignes de sécurité incendie. Un couchage est nécessaire par personne et un bébé de 1 ans est une personne. Aucun de nos collaborateurs n'aurait réagi autrement que la réceptionniste que vous avez rudoyez. Nous vous souhaitons de trouver un hébergement vous convenant mieux dans le futur et nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre avis. cordialement

좋으나 아쉬운점이 많은 호텔
외관과 실내는 깨끗했으나 딱 하루저녁 자면서 아침 뷔페 사먹고 바로 떠나는 목적이라면 좋을거 같다.아쉬운점은 방에 전기 주전자, 컵, 생수,일회용 커피와차, 냉장고가 없어서 휴식을 하기엔 불편했다.이런것만 갖춰지면 고민하지 않고 이비스 호텔만 갈것 같다.내가 갔던 두번의 이비스가 모두 그런 형태였기에 그다음엔 위치가 좋아도 선택하고 않고 다른곳으로 갔다.

Hôtel à 5 minutes à pied de l’aéroport de Beauvais avec un très grand parking sécurisé.Service clientèle excellent. Chambre très propre et confortable parfait pour passé une nuit. Le petit déjeuner était classique et très bon.

The hotel is ideally placed: five minutes walking distance from Beauvais airport check-in; match-box bedrooms as advertised, taken up almost entirely by the bed with its excellent mattress. Courteous, welcoming staff, impeccably clean. It fulfills its mission perfectly. The price, however, is too high for what is offered. It needs to be reduced.

Arrived with a late flight, the girl at the desk not very welcoming, we had to pull the words from her. The room was clean but very small, not enough pillows, no shampoo or shower gel. Not going there ever.

Breakfast problems
I checked the box to include the breakfast for my reservations (2 rooms, 5 people total). The schedule was tight due early flight. When checking in, asked if it would be possible to get earlier breakfast, the receptionist was just waving his hands and said no. Ok, we’d just do it quickly at 5:00AM when breakfast normally opens, I thought. Well, breakfast was not open at 5:00AM as promised, and to top the poor experience I got told at this point that there are only 2 breakfast paid (one per room). Naturally I got really pissed off at this point told the receptionist some unkind words and stormed out without any breakfast as there was no time to start resolving the issue due to the early flight. Not sure if the breakfast issue was on hotels.com end or Ibis, but the order should warn if incomplete set of breakfast is being ordered. Felt like the hotel was trying to scam more money out of us. The hotel is quite far from esp. terminal 1 of Beauvais airport. Recommend reserving 15min for the walk. Getting a taxi early in the morning is not possible within 25 minutes according to the incompetent reception. Rooms are modern and clean, but very crammed. Air confitioning is noisy, but works. No fridge/minibar. I don’t recommend this hotel. I will never visit Ibis hotels again.

Indeed we apologize they should have been added upon during the check-in.However, we regret your attitude towards our night staff whose breakfast buffet was ready at 5:00 a.m. and who just asked you to pay for the children's breakfast.In any case it is not our responsibility to reserve a taxi for you, it's better to book it the night before that's why at 5:00 Am 25 min of delay can happen, it is a service that we offer in addition and free of charge.We appreciate your sharing your concerns and hope you give us the opportunity to serve you better in the near future.Sincerely,The reception.

Save your self the agony
Horrible, we both could not sleep on this cardboard beds. The room is small and nothing in it. T V only in French the backache we got up with is undesirable, this hotel is worth then hostel for traveling young student. Take the bus to Paris and look for at least 5 stars hotel as in Paris 4 stars hotels are equivalent to two stars in USA
