Heat stopped working, and they got it fixed very promptly! Everything was clean, views were great, and beds were comfy. I’ll plan on staying again next time in visiting!

the room was okay. cleaner than the rest of the hotel as far as we could see. walls are way too thin, so you hear every sound made in the hallways, including all 9,000 children running amok, and that damned blue laundry cart being rolled around hundreds of times a day. It would've been great to hear ...
