"The apartment was everything we needed for the week. We especially appreciated the washing machine due to having a very messy two year old. We saw the reviews before booking about there being stairs to get to the apartment so we were aware. We’d absolutely book again if we could, but next year my daughter will be too heavy to regularly carry down the stairs"

"Firstly this is a lovely hotel which is very centrally located. The rooms were cleaned every day by the amazing hard working cleaning staff, honestly nothing was too much trouble for them. Also the night staff in the bar were cheerful and happy to serve you. But that's where it stops, the cooked breakfast left a lot to be desired, and as for the breakfast staff, two in particular who were the most unpleasant I've ever come across on all my travels. They gave the impression they didn't want to be there. Also our room had no air conditioning! Just 1 fan in the bedroom which was no way near sufficient for the heat in the apartment. And finally they say there's a strict policy on booking the sunbeds, towels were on the beds from 7.30 most mornings and still on them by 9.30 with no punishment, luckily the beach was a short distance away and we spent most of our days there as we couldn't get space in the complex. I don't want to paint a bad picture, but we stayed here before and I couldn't find one fault with the place."

"Clean, spacious property with a balcony with views of the pool and the sea. The property is on the second floor which makes the views spectacular but does result in climbing around 90-100 steps from the main strip. Something to bear in mind if you have mobility issues. The bathroom and shower is modern. The bedrooms are quiet and come with wardrobes and drawers and plenty of hangers. Fans are in both bedrooms to keep you cool."

"Room was very clean, excellent breakfast selection. I was disappointed that there were large renovations going on and some areas were not accessible. It was difficult to find my room, reception staff didn’t explain clearly and I ended up walking around with my heavy luggage looking for my room for a long time. Pool area nice but very noisy with loud music and kids pool instructor shouting loudly most days while swimming with kids. I had to leave the pool area and enjoy the sun on my balcony instead as I’m someone who likes peaceful and quiet environment. Other than that I was happy with the hotel."
