The hotel is spacious and centrally located. We stayed in a suite that included an additional seating area, which was comfortable. The view is fantastic. Dinner at the hotel restaurant, however, is not up to standard; fortunately, there are several other options nearby for a good, healthy meal. The breakfast was perfectly adequate. There was a very friendly and competent receptionist on the evening shift who spoke good English. Thank you!

*Once a good hotel* This hotel was extremely disappointing. You can tell this was once a beautiful loved hotel. The rooms did not feel particularly clean, hair in the bathroom, shower which flooded, very basic (eg no coffee or kettle in room), general state of depreciation (cracks, mould etc). The breakfast spread was a mess and the restaurant seemed overwhelmed. The room keys almost always malfunctioned so you need to walk back and restart them The grounds are gorgeous and like I said it wouldn’t take much to turn this into a real luxury hotel. At the moment, unfortunately it just feels neglected and is so rundown.

J'ai reservé 2 chambres puis j'ai annulé le jour meme dans que j'avais respecté le délais d'annulation Hotel.com n a pas tenu compte de mon annulation et m'a prelevé sur mon compte la somme de 206,48 €. Lors de mon sejour à Timimoun , j'ai rencontré le Directeur de l Hotel Gourrara qui m a indiqué que l'annulation n a pas été confirmé. J'epere que vous allez tyenir compte de cette réclamation et que vous me rembourser cette somme.
