Zum Frühstücken muss man das Hotel verlassen um das ca. 50m entfernte Restaurant in einem anderen Gebäude zu besuchen - eher unpraktisch!
Wir haben bei Buchung extra auf die Ausstattung des Hotels geachtet, Sauna war uns wichtig. Diese konnte jedoch nicht genutzt werden!
Auf Nachfrage unsererseits warum die Sauna zu ist, erhielten wir von der Jüngeren der zwei Rezeptionsdamen eine eher genervte Antwort "saisonsbedingt geschlossen".
Ja, beim Pool leuchtet uns das ein, aber eine geschlossene Sauna Anfang April bei durchschnittlich 8 Grad Aussenthempertur mit dieser Begründung ???
In der Hotelbeschreibung ist kein Hinweis zu finden, dass die Sauna nicht genutzt werden kann - erst vor Ort erfährt man das.
Es gab mehrer negative Punkte und wären diese bekannt gewesen, hätte ich dieses Hotel nicht gebucht.

Würde das Hotel aus mehreren Gründen kein zweites mal buchen ...
Hier ein Grund Thema Sauberkeit/Zimmerreinigung: In der Nacht hat unsere Tochter Nasenbluten bekommen und dies nicht sofort bemerkt, leider wurde dadurch die Bettdecke und das Spannbetttuch mit Blutflecken verschmutzt.
Die Bettdecke haben wir abgezogen und auf dem Boden gelegt. Waren dann den ganzen Tag unterwegs und nussten abends bei Rückkehr ins Zimmer feststellen, dass trotz Hinweisschild an der Tür keine Reinigungskraft da war.
Am nächsten Morgen haben wir an der Rezeption um Wäschewechsel gebeten mit Erklärung was passiert ist - unglaublich: Abends war der von uns abgezoge Deckenbezug frisch und sauber gewechselt worden, doch das blutbefleckte Spannbetttuch wurde nicht gewechselt, einfach draufgelassen und das Bett gemacht. Es gab dann noch frische Handtücher, aber die Mülleimer wurden nicht beachtet bzw. nicht geleert.
Wir hatten das Zimmer für 6 Nächte gebucht, diese erwähnte "Zimmer-Reinigung" war die Einzige während des Aufenthaltes.
