Die Ostsee ganz nah ...

Klasse Lage - zwar ohne Seeblick aber nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt, Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Schwimmbad ebenfalls fußläufig. Sehr ordentliches, ruhiges Haus mit mehreren Ferienwohnungen und dem Highlight: dem eigenen Schwimmbad im Haus. Wem das wichtig ist: in der Anzeige heißt es "2 Schlafzimmer", es gibt aber nur 1 abgeschlossenes Schlafzimmer. Schlafplätze 3 und 4 sind die Klappcouch in der Wohn-Ess-Küche. Dafür ist die Couch sehr bequem ;-)

Die wohnung ist super. Nachdem ich einige Bewertungen gelesen hatte( Dachgeschoss-keine Rollos- kein Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon...) hatte ich erst sorge. ABER unbegründet. Es war alles da. Die Wohnung war sehr ordentlich. Sehr nah am Strand und ein Edeka auch gleich um die ecke. Es war ein prima Urlaub. Dankeschön. eschosswohnung auf

Wunderbar

Eine gemütliche kleine Wohnung in einer tollen Lage. Der Strand ist tatsächlich nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt und Niendorf selber ist ein schöner Ort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Wohnung war klein aber schön,das Kochen war ein bissen eingeschränkt ,da nur ein kleiner Backofen vorhanden war .Wir waren zu dritt und fanden das Schwimmbad und die Wärmekabiene sehr gut.Sehr netter Vermieter, 300m bis zum Stand.Kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage ist super. Das Haus, Schwimmbad, Spielzimmer und Tischtennisraum gepflegt und sauber. Die Wohnung ist ok für eine Familie und war ok sauber. Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen und der Wohnzimmertisch war kaputt. Der Verwalter war das minimum an freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Nette, kleine Wohnung

Nettes, kleines Apartment, welches von der Ausstattung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss und es gibt kein Fahrstuhl, als Hinweis für ältere Personen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Zu bemängeln wäre nur die Sauberkeit, vor allem das Waschbecken war klebrig und die Toilette schon leicht ekelhaft.

Top Lage

Positiv: Die Lage der Unterkunft war optimal für Strand, Spaziergänge und Ausflüge. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es auch in der nähe, ebenso ein top Fahrradverleih. Der Spielraum im Keller ist für Kinder ein supertolle Sache, welcher von unseren beiden Kindern 5 & 1 genutzt wurde. Negativ: Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung hat stark zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Bei uns zuhause, mit zwei kleinen Kindern, ist es leider sauberer als in der Ferienwohnung, wo eine Endreinigung mit berechnet wird und nach jedem Auszug eine Reinigungsfirma wahrscheinlich reinigen soll. Habe zumindest eine Firma 3 mal in der Woche gesehen. Der Kühlschrank hat immerhin stark nach Essig gerochen. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt aber sehr schön und nach dem wir in der Wohnung alles Kleinkinder sicher gemacht hatten, auch erholsam 😊

Die FeWo ist für 3 Personen völlig ausreichend. Sie war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Um zur FeWo zu gelangen geht man drei Treppen und einen kleinen Flur entlang. Ein Fahrstuhl ist nicht vorhanden. Im Sommer könnte es recht warm in der Wohnung werden, aufgrund des Südbalkons. Eine Dunstabzugshaube ist nicht vorhanden. Zum Hafen/ Spielplatz geht man ca. 15-20 Minuten an der Strandpromenade entlang. Alles Andere was man zum Wohnen braucht findet man in der FeWo. Das Bett und das Schlafsofa sind bequem. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich ein PKW Stellplatz.

Timmendorfer Strand, wir kommen wieder

Schönes, sauberes Haus mit mehreren Appartements. Die beschriebene Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoß ist mit kleinem Balkon. Für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ok. Im Keller befindet sich ein kleines Schwimmbecken und die Infrarotkabine, diese haben wir auf Grund des starken Sommers nicht genutzt. Außerdem Tischtennis, Tischkicker und ein Spielzimmer für kleinere Kids. Hinter dem Haus können die Fahrräder an einem Ständer befestigt werden. Die Küche benötigt einer Auffrischung, insbesondere die Standards (Sieb, Pfannenwender, Saftgläser, Abtropfgestell für die Spüle fehlen oder waren defekt.). Die Spülmaschine war urig aber ok., gerne wieder.

Unterkunft kann ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen, für zwei Personen super, wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und einem Kind (3 Jahre) dort, war auch kein Problem, sehr gut ausgestattet, Schwimmbad, Spielzimmer und Tischtennisraum i. O. Als kleine Empfehlung für den Balkon: Sonnenschirm, da Südseite

Gute Lage, gut für Pärchen

Etwas irreführend ist das unter Suchoptionen steht 2SZ, das Objekt hat nur ein SZ und einen Wohnschlafraum. Das steht dann ja auch so im Text, führt bei der Schnellsuche trotzdem zu einem Falschen Ergebnis. Die Schlafcouch ist sehr Gewöhnungsbedürftig für Erwachsene. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sauber und gut ausgestattet. Lage ist auch sehr gut. Alles in allem für zwei Personen durchaus zu empfehlen.

Es war super!

Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und es war alles was benötigt wird, vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung war super. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Zur Strandpromenade & Restaurants waren es nur wenige Gehminuten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Covid19/Ausstattung

Auf Grund der Corona Situation war das Bad im Haus geschlossen, dazu wäre vom Eigentümer eine Info nett gewesen da sich unser Enkel sehr darauf gefreut hat, Meiner Aufmerksamkeit ist bei der Buchung entgangen das kein Backofen und kein Tiefkühlfach ind er Ausstattung enthalten war(ein no go in einer FWG !!).Bestecksammlung vom Flohmarkt gesammelt das war schlichtweg Sch.....!!

Kinderbereich sehr gut. Pool war leider in Wartung. Wohnung schön eingerichtet. Alles ordentlich. Einziges Manko. Ein Ofen fehlt.
