Kurzfristig und spontan Urlaub für 1 Woche gebucht und angenehm überrascht von der Gastlichkeit des Hauses. Gute Lage, Ostsee vor der Haustür ! Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und Speisekarte mit österreichischen Spezialitäten. Balkon für 2 Personen ausreichend, aber Tisch für Gläser nicht so gut geeignet ohne Glasplatte.

Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert, eine Buchung über Expedia leider nicht. Wie haben über Expedia gebucht, an das Hotel wurden knapp 200 € weniger übermittelt und somit in der Rechnung auch ausgewiesen. D.h. Expetia verlangt von seinen Partnern Provision für die Vermittlung und zahlt nichtmal die vereinnahmten gelder an die Hotels aus. Damit werden offensichtlich nicht nur kunden sondern auch Hotels hintergangen. Da ich sowas noch nie erlebt habe, ist dies meine letzte Expedia Buchung.

Erholsame Zeit

Sehr freundliches Haus, um unseren Urlaub genießen zu können, haben wir uns mit dem Hotel Mein Strandhaus das richtige Hotel ausgesucht, das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und achtsam, ein nettes Wort immer parat. Die Umgebung ist Wunderscchön, ob Strand, Vogelpark oder Gastronomie, alles Prima wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Check In war katastrophal. Zimmerkarten funktionierten nicht. Wartezeit da Rezeption nicht besetzt. Rezeption macht keinen einladenden Eindruck. Versuch einen Tisch am ersten Abend zum Essen zu reservieren scheiterte. Personal wirkte völlig überfordert. Das erste Frühstück war desaströs und qualitativ unterirdisch. Auf das zweite Frühstück haben wir dann verzichtet.

Trotz Einschränkungen ein schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten das verlängerte Wochenende lange vor COVID-19 bebucht. Umso erfreuter waren wir unsere Reise doch noch antreten zu können. Schwimmbad/Wellness war nicht nutzbar. Sonst wie momentan überall... Masken tragen, Hände desinfizieren usw. Hotel/Zimmer sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam trotz mehr Belastung da Frühstück z.Z. nur a la carte angeboten wird. Abendessen im Restaurant sehr zu empfehlen. Super Lage, Strandkorbverleih direkt vor der Tür.

Sehr schönes Hotel, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für die Sauna und den Pool gab es Bademäntel, Schlappen und große Handtücher. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Unser Zimmer mit Seeblick war schön groß.

schönes Hotel direkt an der Prommenade

Tolles Einzelzimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick! Super Essen (Filetsteak, Lachs) und tolle Weinkarte! Auch das Frühstück ist super mit Obst, verschiedenen Eiern, Lachs und Co. Gern wieder! Von den Speiseräumen aus Blick auf die Ostsee!

Nettes Hotel mit Aussicht

Wir hatten das Glück in der Nebensaison zu Reisen und ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Ostsee zu haben. Es war fantastisch! Wäre das Badezimmer etwas moderner und die Dusche komfortabler könnte das Hotel auch ein 4 Sterne Hotel sein. Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, ebenso wie das Restaurant. Der Service war sehr gut, das Personal freundlich und schnell. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Essen im Restaurant war auch sehr gut. Im Preis inbegriffen war Frühstück und Parkplatz.

Ich habe mich im Strandhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war lecker, das Zimmer gut eingerichtet und es gab einen kostenlosen Parkplatz!
