Welcome to the newly renovated 46 m² two-room apartment on the ground floor in Timmendorfer Strand.
Located in a quiet residential area, the apartment can accommodate up to 3 people.

The living room is equipped with a comfortable sleeper sofa (150 x 200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system.
From the living room, you can step out onto the beautiful east-southeast-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the sun until the early afternoon.

In the open kitchen, equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as all necessary utensils, you can prepare delicious meals.
You can then enjoy them together at the extendable dining table.

The bedroom features a double bed (160 x 190 cm, separate mattresses) and a large closet.
To ensure a restful night’s sleep, the window can be darkened with pleated blinds.
This cosy apartment is rounded out by a bathroom with a shower and natural light.

You are also welcome to use the communal sauna.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for your car.
Wi-Fi is available (no refunds or compensation will be provided in the event of disruptions or outages).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.

Quiet residential complex above the spa park: The apartments in this beautiful complex range from 44 to 58 m² and are tastefully furnished to accommodate 3–4 people. You’ll be staying in a quiet cul-de-sac, with some units featuring a terrace, balcony, or French balcony where you can breathe in the fresh Baltic Sea air first thing in the morning.

The building features a sauna—a place where not only wellness holidaymakers will feel right at home. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. A parking space is, of course, reserved for you at the house.

The beach is 900 metres away, accessible via the idyllic spa park with its small wooden bridges. Bakeries and the town centre are a 10–15-minute walk away. Here you’ll find many chic shops, good restaurants, and cosy bars.

Have you met Bonnie & Clyde yet? These two adorable otters welcome you at SEA LIFE Timmendorfer Strand, along with many other sea creatures, and you’ll learn fascinating facts about the underwater world.
