My experience at this Comfort Inn was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns about safety, accessibility, and basic customer service. I sprained my ankle in the hotel’s unsanded, unsalted parking lot and spent seven hours in the emergency room. When I returned at 1 a.m. on crutches, the situation became even worse: the building is not wheelchair accessible, and I had been assigned a second‑floor room with no elevator. Despite my obvious injury, the night staff offered no assistance—no help with the doors, no apology, and no attempt to move me to a ground‑floor room. The woman working that night was openly rude and dismissive, with only one male employee showing any professionalism or kindness the morning I checked out. This level of disregard for guest safety and dignity is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location or any Comfort Inn in the future!
