The living/dining area provides direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. Additionally, there is a bedroom on this level equipped with a French bed, a shower/WC, and air conditioning. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available on this floor.
The upper floor consists of two bedrooms, both equipped with French beds, air conditioning, and access to terraces. One bedroom has an en-suite shower/WC, while the other features a bath/shower/WC and a double hand-basin. The property also benefits from forced-air heating throughout.
