An open-plan kitchen connects seamlessly to the living area, and a separate WC is available for added convenience. On the upper floor, the property offers 2 further bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed. The first upper-floor bedroom features a french bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, a shower and WC, air conditioning, and direct access to a private terrace. The second upper-floor bedroom also includes a french bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm and is served by a full bathroom with both a bath and shower, a WC, a double hand-basin, and air conditioning, along with its own terrace access.
