This cosy family villa is situated on the outskirts of the village of Danijeli, in the heart of Istria. With a total of five bedrooms spread over two floors, this traditional stone villa can accommodate ten people. The ground floor opens onto a covered terrace, which is the perfect spot for a cup of coffee in the cosy lounge. On the terrace, you can have a barbecue by the open-plan fireplace and enjoy your meals al fresco. The ground floor features a rustic living and dining area with a fireplace, the kitchen, a bathroom, and two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The remaining three bedrooms are on the upper floor: two with double beds and one with two single beds. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, whilst the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. The villa has a private car park with three parking spaces.



The spacious outdoor area features an attractive swimming pool with parasols and sun loungers. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the sun and the unspoilt natural surroundings. Kringa is situated in the centre of Istria, 5 kilometres south of Tinjan, on the site of an Iron Age settlement which later became a Roman fortress; it is the second-largest settlement in the municipality of Tinjan. The region is renowned for its food and wines, and there are many excellent restaurants nearby. The Istrian hinterland, with its mountain villages and beautiful countryside, is ideal for driving, cycling and walking. The Adriatic coast and the bustling tourist resort of Poreč, along with all of Istria’s beaches, historical sites and other places of interest, are just a short drive away. A grocery shop, a bar and an excellent tavern are all within walking distance. Pula and the Brijuni Islands National Nature Park are 45 minutes away. From Poreč, you can also take a boat trip to Venice, Italy.
