"I got there early and waited in lobby when it was time for check in they were so lost.Then I found a cockroach in my bathtub and outside my room door.Went outside in evening for a small walk around hotel and there was cockroaches everywhere.Very disappointed in hotel.Ate at Gardunos Restaurant in hotel they got out orders wrong 3 times we were starving so just finally kept order they were really rude"

"I recently stayed at this property. The hotel was not well maintained, and the cleanliness inside was far below expectations. There was an unpleasant smell throughout, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, it did not feel like a clean or properly cared-for environment."

"Overall, a little disappointed with our stay at the Quality Inn. The decorative blanket on the bed had visible stains, and when we asked for clean sheets and notified the front desk, we were told “just because there’s stains doesn’t mean it’s dirty,” which was very off-putting. We also had ongoing issues with the tub not draining while showering. The water filled high enough to cover the jets, causing hairs to come up through the drain. We reported it right away and were told someone would come fix it, but nobody showed up until my husband went downstairs with photos. Maintenance temporarily resolved it, but the draining issue continued the rest of our stay. The staff’s lack of urgency and unwillingness to offer another room or any kind of discount made the experience even more frustrating."

"Decent place to stay, easy to get to. Picked this place for the breakfast and hot tub. The hot tub was out of order. The breakfast was mediocre at best."
