The rooms and building were in good condition. Very comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly as well. Recommended. The only 2 negatives are that the jacizzi hit tub was non functional and the water was extremely luke warm at best (cold side). As well,workers started renos at 7am all week and we feel this should have been managed better with a 9am start. It is a hotel after all. We were never warned about this event.

A pousada é muitíssimo bem localizada, o quarto é amplo, confortável e limpo. O café da manhã é muito bom, tudo muito bem preparado e saboroso. Os funcionários da pousada, todos sem exceção, são muito educados, atenciosos e gentis. As áreas de lazer da pousada é que precisam de uma atenção, a piscina externa estava bem cuidada, porém a piscina interna e a área de recreação para criança estava com aspecto abandonado.

Pousada agradável, instalações antigas, porém bem cuidadas e limpas. Funcionários simpáticos e cordiais. Bastante cuidadosos com os protocolos para o Codiv19. Café da manhã bom e variado. Quarto um pouco claro, pois ficava de frente para uma área intern, bastante iluminada à noite. Piscina precisa de maior cuidado e manutenção, pois caem folhas e não são retiradas da água. Piscina aquecida, ok. Durante o fim de semana o bar da piscina funciona e a pousada disponibiliza toalhas, mas durante a semana não existe este serviço de bar e nem toalhas. Wi-fi ruim...aliás, péssimo! No checkin, ajuda com as malas; no checkout, nao aparece ninguém para ajudar. Estacionamento próximo, porém descoberto e publico. Acho o valor da diaria alto e ainda cobram uma tx de serviço no checkout . Uma coisa q nao gostei, foi que descontaram o valor integral da estadia no cartao, antes mesmo do prazo estabelecido para cancelamento grátis.

Pontos positivos: café da manhã, localização da pousada (em frente a praça principal), chuveiro com bastante pressão e água quente. Roupas de cama e toalhas de banho de boa qualidade e limpos. Pontos negativos: fiquei hospedado em um apartamento standard (207) com uma cama de casal e uma cama de solteiro. O colchão da cama de solteiro estava velho e era impossível dormir na cama. O quarto e o banheiro são minúsculos e não tem qualquer conforto. É praticamente impossível circular sem esbarrar nos móveis. Não vale os R$800 que paguei pela diária. Ao reclamar na recepção fui informado que esse era o padrão do quarto pago e que nada poderia ser feito.

Muito boa em quase todos os aspectos. A equipe é atenciosa. O único ponto negativo foi o café da manhã onde alguns itens ficavam expostos , como o pão de queijo e ficavam gelados com a baixa temperatura na época de inverno. No mais, tudo otimo.
