AMERON Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel is in an excellent area near the 2 castles. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Only reason a few 4 star comments is our door to the patio off our room was broken and would fall inward, when we closed it and locked it, it would stay closed just wasn't able to walk outside. The food was good at the restaurants just wish they would have been open past 8:30pm. Also wish the pool area would be open past 8:00 pm. Other than that the hotel was great."

"Excellent central location in the heart of the city, in a beautiful historic building with elegant, stylish interiors. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious with an excellent selection.
