「Lovely, spacious, well-equipped cottage in a beautiful location, convenient for exploring north west Norfolk. The only possible down sides could be the steep stairs to the accommodation and that bathrooms are not on the bedroom floor which may be a night time problem for some.」

Communication was above and beyond and once everything was sorted he sent over a useful list of “things to do”. We had the best time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you for having us 」

「We stayed in the Tern cottage for a week with our toddler and baby and had an amazing time. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you would need for a family week away, is very spacious, and furnished to a high standard. The garden was perfect both for our dog and for BBQs.
