Holidays on Lake Titisee - Welcome to the apartment 'Erle'
The apartment is absolutely quiet at the end of the Erlenweg, a dead end in the most beautiful residential area of Titisee.
Only a 5-minute walk to the outdoor pool on Lake Titisee, the town center and the busy promenade with restaurants and shops.
Hiking trails start at the doorstep. Over the Mooswald track, illuminated in the evening, you have access to the huge trail network of Hinterzarten and Titisee-Neustadt.
The house is the ideal location for active vacationers, but also for the whole family.
Gallery apartment in the attic with beautiful south-west balcony. The bright living room with comfortable sofa and a dining area invite you to a cozy get-together. From there a wooden staircase leads to the gallery with a box spring bed and a small library.
Also in the master bedroom (below) there is a box spring bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the amenities to make your job easier.
"Dachhöhle" (20 m²) with cots and underfloor heating. Here are a total of 3 - 4 sleeps more. A queen bed and a 90 x 200 m bed. However, this room consists of a pitched roof, which does not meet DIN standards.
The bathroom with shower and toilet was completely renovated, kept in white and blue.
At the end of 2017 the floors in the corridor and master bedroom were renewed,
and a new washing machine and TV set up.
Apartment no. 9, 'Erle' at a glance:

Die Wohnung war hervorragend. Wenn auch das Wetter zu wünschen übrig ließ, in der Wohnung haben wir uns pudelwohl gefühlt.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung mit Tiefgarage
Die Lage am Waldrand bietet einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub und eine gute Startposition für Wanderungen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat nachmittags Sonne auf dem kleinen Balkon.
Wir hätten lediglich zu bemängeln, dass das Fenster im Schlafzimmer nicht ganz zu öffnen, sondern nur anzuklappen ging.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Sackgassenlage und dennoch zentral mit kurzen Wegen zum See und zum Bahnhof. Alles wichtige, was in einer FeWo vorhanden sein sollte war da.
Tiefgaragenplatz vorhanden, so dass das Auto auch bei Schnee und Eis geschützt steht.
Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Auf Emails wurde immer zeitnah geantwortet. Kurzfristige Anmeldung einer zusätzlichen Person war kein Problem. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Idyllisch - einfach atemberaubend
Besser geht es nicht. Mit betreten der Wohnung fühlten wir uns wie im eigenen zu Hause. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Selbst Gesellschaftsspiele sind vorhanden. Von den Nachbarn hört und sieht man nicht und ins Zentrum ist man zu Fuß innerhalb von 5 Minuten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!

A great property and area
The property is very well situated in Titisee and to visit the surroundings. Pity the train to some stations wasn't available (but it wasn't too much of a problem).
We alreafy knew the area and we'd gladly stay again at this property.

Schöne und gut gelegene Ferienwohnung
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt gut in der Nähe des Titisees. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Vielleicht kommen wir wieder.

Jederzeit wieder
Wir haben uns sofort in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Der kontaktlose Check-in hat super geklappt. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig gelegen am Waldrand, die Bewohner der anderen Wohnungen haben wir weder gesehen noch gehört. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist bei niedrigen Temperaturen ein Plus, vor dem Haus gibt es zusätzliche Parkplätze. Wir haben die Wohnung sauber, und der Jahreszeit passend dekoriert vorgefunden .Das Wasser in Küche und Bad wird heiß und der Wasserstrahl der Dusche war stark . Porzellan, Gläser, Besteck gibt es mehr als genug. Wir hatten das Bett auf der unteren Etage und es war sehr bequem.
Für uns hat alles 100% gepasst und wir würden die Wohnung Erle jederzeit wieder für unseren Urlaub buchen.

Wandern im Schwarzwald
Diese Wohnung war ideal für Ausflüge und Wanderungen im Schwarzwald. Sehr gemütlich, zentral gelegen, trotzdem ruhig mit guter Bus- und Bahnanbindung - eine Empfehlung in jedem Fall!
Wir sind begeistert und kommen gerne wieder - bei schlechtem Wetter war es so angenehm in der Wohnung, wir fühlten uns so wohl, alles Wichtige war vorhanden und schön und geschmackvoll war sie außerdem. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder!
