"It was easy to check in. The room was clean. The shuttle to cruise was convenient, highly recommend. It takes away the congestion of trying to find a park at the port, when you first get there and leaving the port after the cruise. It’s so much easier to allow the hotel to take to you to the port and pick you up."

"Room was clean, A/C worked great. Didn't have any issues with staff, didn't have the continental breakfast but looked okay when we check out. Water pressure in shower not that great, room has been upgraded, but bathroom still outdated. Great place for the price, will stay at hotel again."

"It’s Memorial Day weekend so I know all hotels are booked, but the problem with this particular Hilton is that the locals park at the Hilton and then use the hotel’s pool, boardwalk and the hotel guest access to the beach so it was a nonstop steady stream of locals and their kids invading the hotel. The hotel’s pool is very small pool at this hotel. And it was filthy. The lobby was also insanely busy. It was overall a huge disappointment. And I paid $400 for 1 night!! We overheard the staff saying they weren’t going to tow anyone that was non guests. We live in Orlando and come to the beach often so we know it is like this along the central Florida coast line, but for those of us who are paying to use the amenities it’s incredibly disappointing. I also am a Hilton member and was not allowed to even pay for a late checkout, even though occupancy probably dropped to 10% tonight. Cocoa Beach is in desperate need of a high end Resort and I have mixed hopes for the new Westin that is being built. I hope I’m wrong. Food and bar service was also abyssmal."

"The front desk staff changed our rooms after I requested due to sewer smell. The next two rooms didn’t smell but one had an inch opening under the door for bugs to enter and the room was not very clean. No one cleaned the room during our stay. The free breakfast was cereal, bagels or toast. The waffle mix had so much pepper in it, we had to throw away what we made. The second morning we ate at the attached iHop for breakfast. The pool was so rough, it scratched my granddaughters."
