"Four night B&B stay. One of the most expensive hotel rooms we had in Montenegro and slightly on the small size, though comfortable and cleaned well.
Staff service at the hotel is generally excellent, particularly Anna as the Restaurant Manager, and Tony on main reception. We had a particular issue with a strong unpleasant smell in our room. The hotel was full, so they couldn't move us, but they purchased a diffuser for our room and provided a plug in air freshener to mask the smell, the source of which could not be located. They offered a room move on day 3, but not wanting to re-pack and un-pack again we declined. Instead, on the last evening they provided a complementary meal and drinks at their rooftop bar as compensation. Food was outstanding and the best we had in over three weeks in Montenegro! Breakfasts were also of a high quality with plenty of choice, though some a la carte options took an age to be served from the kitchen.
We would stay again despite the issue we had, as it was obvious that the staff cared for their guests and wanted to try and make a difference."
