"We loved our stay, this hotel was the best part of the trip. The standard king room was spacious, the bed was truly comfortable, requested the recovery pillow and slept so well for the first time in a while. The restaurant Siro table was a true gem, we had the best food of the trip from their restaurant, good variety, approachable prices. Lovely outdoor pool. The rooftop Siro social had a good DJ on Friday night. Overall a wonderful stay we would definitely return in future."

"10/10, exceeded all expectations - highly recommend. The staff were all extremely helpful, from arranging taxis to booking reservations or to-go food from the delicious Mila restaurant onsite (in person or via WhatsApp). Housekeeping kept the rooms spotless daily. Photos don’t do it justice! The balconies were lovely - our 2bd corner room had a balcony each, with partial ocean/mountain views. Pool area has beautiful views of the bay, and a nice vibe - great for watching the sunset in peace. Rituals shower/body products and quality complimentary shaving/vanity kits were also appreciated. Shower is great, good water pressure! It’s very convenient that the rooms have multiple kinds of charging ports, including usb/usbc. Beds/pillows were incredibly comfortable. Great value and we loved the area (Note that transportation can be challenging in Montenegro, we treated ourselves to boat taxis mostly)."

"Please fix the leak from shower. Leaks in the bathroom and hallway carpet. Smells mold. Replace the entrance carpet just 2-3 m. Smells bad. And spray heavily for mold. It’s a great hotel otherwise and great staff. I loved it. Thank you."

"Customer service was very hit and miss. While some staff were friendly and professional, others seemed uninterested, often offering no greeting or smile. The complimentary boat service to the port was poorly managed. We arrived at 6:50 pm, within the advertised 6:00-7:00 pm operating hours, but the boat had already left. The next day, we arrived before 6:00 pm and it was already full. 2 friends of the skipper pushed their way to the front and jumped on the boat so we ended up squeezing onto an overcrowded boat for the 10-minute trip. It was also disappointing that hotel guests had to pay for basic sunbeds, as the free ones were usually taken. Reception arranged a private taxi that cost €45 for a 20-minute journey into town. The next day, I specifically requested a metered taxi for the same trip and it cost only €25. A more transparent approach would have been appreciated. Breakfast was below average, with dried-out food, overripe fruit, and unhelpful staff making even a hot drink difficult to order. Overall, the hotel has some positives, but inconsistent service, poor communication, extra charges, and disappointing breakfast quality detracted from the experience."
