The staff rushed us during check in. When we asked questions we were told, “hold on I’m getting there” and the way she said it was as if we were annoying her. Then they kept changing our credits and treated us like we did something wrong and shouldn’t have credits. There was only 1 person that treated us great, Milly from the Conrad lobby. We also had a broken shower head that never got fixed. So showering was a nuisance. Lastly the shower had hair from a previous guest that was still clinging to the wall. Worst stay in a very long time.
